Aloha Aviators is a nonprofit organization that relies on the generosity of our donors and volunteer pilots to carry out humanitarian flights. These missions deliver medical supplies, rescue animals, and serve underserved communities. Our volunteer pilots not only donate their time but also mentor aspiring aviators. Donations are used to purchase the supplies and materials needed for each mission.
A key aspect of our missions is the mentorship component. Student mentees have the opportunity to sit alongside volunteer pilots during flights and actively participate in the planning process. They gain valuable, hands-on experience by practicing weight-and-balance calculations, making go/no-go decisions, and negotiating fuel and landing fees.
By involving students in crucial safety decisions, we provide a foundation in professional airmanship that goes beyond textbook learning. Every mission becomes both an act of service to the community and an immersive educational experience in aviation safety.

The Aloha Aviators are thrilled to announce a heartfelt mission that will bring vital relief to animals who need to be transported and supported in rural California.
At the heart of this endeavor is Luna F., a passionate and driven student whose vision and dedication have brought this entire mission to life. What began as one young person’s commitment to making a difference has grown into a coordinated effort that will touch the lives of countless animals in need — a testament to the power of student leadership and compassionate action. Luna’s devotion knows no geographical boundaries; coordinating this mission all the way from Texas, she exemplifies what it truly means to be a borderless volunteer, proving that the call to serve transcends distance.
Through the generous efforts of our volunteer pilots — essential animal supplies, will be airlifted from the South Bay directly to the “Flying Tails”organization, also a non-profit committed to saving the lives of animals. These animals and the dedicated volunteers who look after them deserve every resource we can offer, and this mission is our answer to that call.
The flight is scheduled for late April into early May, weather permitting. Every detail has been thoughtfully arranged with care and purpose. None of this is possible without you. Whether you give five dollars or five hundred, your contribution fuels this mission and brings comfort to animals waiting for their forever homes. No act of generosity is too small — every dollar makes a difference.
In-Kind Donations Needed In addition to financial contributions, we are actively seeking donated supplies to stock our cargo. If you have any of the following items to spare, we would be deeply grateful:

∙ Leather gloves
∙ Antibacterial sprays
If you would like to make an in-kind donation, please contact us to arrange a convenient pick-up or drop-off location in the Bay Area.
Every item donated goes directly to the animals in need. For those who feel especially moved to support a particular pilot, we humbly welcome “micro-scholarship” contributions to help offset aircraft rental costs. Each pilot generously volunteers their time and expertise, while bearing an individual flight expense of approximately $350 for this two-hour mission.
